NiL35 is the name and brand for the coating combination of the two alloys Bronze and MProtect and delivers superior corrosion resistance against sea water, mineral acids and very corrosive chloride solutions. Thus NiL35 is the first electro plated coating, which passed the tightened sea water resistance test according to ASTM G48-C at 40°C over 72 h.

Even coating of large components and parts with complex geometry as well as internal coatings are possible. Hence, the NiL35 system offers a technically as well as financially excellent alternative to cost intensive procedures such as sprayed or welded coatings, which so far have been used under difficult conditions and in aggressive environments.

Due to the additionally excellent wear resistance NiL35 coatings are very suitable for e.g. armatures und hydraulic cylinders in offshore applications and in the chemical industry.
