Depending on size and state of the respective parts more than 60 tanks are available for the fully automated serial production of components. Plating of single parts and form-complex work pieces as well as the production of special coatings are carried out in separate tanks or specifically designed equipment. Rotation-symmetrical parts as for example printing and hydraulic cylinders are deposited vertically rotative, to guarantee a homogeneous, dimensional high-quality coating.
